PROPERTY SEARCH:
From taking an initial brief from your company to ascertain your aspirations regarding new premises, we engage with the local property agents on a confidential basis, to identify potential available properties within your catchment area and budgetary resources. On your behalf, we visit the properties without bias and compose a report on the properties that we consider to be suitable, showing a detailed condition survey.
FEASIBILITY:
Once we have shortlisted some potential buildings, we produce an illustrative space plan showing examples of embryonic office and furniture layouts. This will help you to visualise the space in a more pragmatic way. At this stage we prepare a document outlining the scope of works, where necessary, to render the building suitable for your specific needs.
QUOTATION:
Once you have settled on a building that you consider appropriate for your company, we present a quotation to carry out the details within the above ‘Scope of Work’ and include any additional new furniture requirements and removal charges for your consideration. This may also include dilapidation work to your existing premises that you may be responsible for.
IMPLEMENTATION:
Should we be awarded the contract to carry out these works, we will take care of any statutory landlord or planning permissions and consents. We will assess the project in line with the “Health and Safety at Work Act” and “Construction and Design Management” (C.D.M.) Regulations, and will issue the necessary documentation to parties nominated by yourselves.
Essentially we will guide you through the often disruptive process of moving your offices, in a professional unbiased manner, keeping you informed yet releasing you to spend your time where it is most effective, in running your own business throughout the procedure
